Start a Brick Making Business at a Low Cost
Briquette or brick making business is a very good option in today's time for any person who wishes to do business. If you want to start a small business then this business will be right for you. You can start this business with low cost and limited space.
Earlier only clay bricks were in vogue here, but today with increasing time cement bricks came in vogue and now its use has also increased. Fly ash bricks are also commonly called cement bricks.
To start this business, the government will also help you under the Mudra scheme.
Nowadays, instead of red bricks, coal ash bricks from
thermal power plants are being used for building houses and buildings. The
practice of these bricks has also started in small towns and villages.
If you are
interested in this business, then you will have to invest 100 yards of land and
at least 2 lakh rupees for this. On this you can easily earn up to one lakh
rupees every month. Most of the investment for this business will be in
machinery. At least 5-6 people are needed to make bricks through this machine.
With this, about 3,000 bricks can be made every day.
In this investment, the cost of raw material has not been included in this machine to make 1000 bricks in 1 hour. If you use automatic machines then the cost will increase a bit. But it will also increase the earning opportunities.
The cost of
cement ranges from 20 to 30% less ash bricks require 55 per cent fly ash, 35
per cent sand and 10 per cent cement. Apart from this, if you want, you can
also make bricks from a mixture of 65% fly ash, 20% sand, 10% lime and 5%
gypsum to make it. Actually, bricks made from fly ash are much more economical
than bricks made from clay. The cost of cement in building a house with fly ash
bricks is reduced by 20 to 30 percent.
Apart from
this, the finishing comes on both sides of the wall and due to this, cement is
also saved in plaster. At the same time, due to dry ash in this brick, moisture
does not come in the house, due to which its life and strength increases.
Demand for
bricks in low soil areas States like Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh do not
produce bricks due to shortage of soil. Bricks are imported from states like
Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab, on which the cost of transportation
increases. In such a situation, the business of bricks made from cement and
stone dust can be beneficial in these places. Due to easy availability of stone
dust in hilly areas, the cost of raw material will also be less.
So, don't wait and start this wonderful business.
